Review "Melted" liquid lipstick by Too Faced

Buonasera! 

Eccomi dopo tanto con un nuovo post! ;)
Oggi condivido con voi le mie opinioni sul rossetto liquido "Melted" tonalità "Peony" di Too Faced. Ho ricevuto questo campione contenente 5ml di prodotto grazie al sito BeautyTester.it ma il formato vendita contiene 11 ml di prodotto e ha un costo di 21 euro.

 Il campione si presenta in un coloratissimo astuccio in cui sono riportate le seguenti info:
  • Colorazione (nel mio caso “Peony”)
  • PAO (12 mesi)
  • INCI
  • Quantità prodotto contenuto
  • Breve descrizione dell’innovativo applicatore e della tecnologia sviluppata da Too Faced per creare un rossetto liquido.

Di seguito la descrizione della linea “Melted” sul sito Sephora :
“Con Melted, Too Faced ha ideato una soluzione rivoluzionaria per conservare il rossetto allo stato liquido, conservando ai massimi livelli l’intensità, i pigmenti e la brillantezza e offrendo al contempo una texture morbida e soffice, gradevole sulla pelle“


La colorazione “Peony” è un rosa pieno molto bello. Con una passata si ottiene una colorazione molto leggera, quasi un gloss, mentre è necessario ripassare il colore un paio di volte per ottenere un colore pieno, uniforme e vibrante.
L’applicatore a spugnetta è molto pratico anche per ritocchi veloci quando si è fuori casa. Per far fuoriuscire il prodotto è necessario premere leggermente il tubetto e il colore esce direttamente nell’applicatore. Ho apprezzato molto questo sistema perchè molto utile per chi è sempre di corsa come me 😉
Per quanto riguarda la durata non sono pienamente soddisfatta. Il prodotto dopo circa un’ora (senza mangiare o bere) fa seccare le labbra e si insinua nelle pieghette creando un effetto esteticamente non bello e una sensazione, per chi lo indossa, non molto piacevole (vedi immagine sotto). Mangiando o bevendo inoltre il prodotto tende a trasferirsi ed è necessario riapplicarlo.
Ho letto diverse opinioni su questi rossetti liquidi sul web e ho notato che il "Peony" è il rossetto che più tende a seccare le labbra tra tutte le 18 tonalità di colore disponibili.
Nel complesso è un rossetto che mi piace soprattutto per la sua praticità e anche se la durata non è estrema ha un’applicazione talmente semplice e veloce che il ritocco non pesa. Per il prezzo che ha comunque, non credo che lo riacquisterò.

Boho by the Beach - Festival Season Inspiration

Hi! It's been a while since my last post but I'm back with a new one.

Festival Season is just around the corner and today I want to show you the amazing boho jewellery by Makana Makai!

Septums and face jewels: Beauty Backastage at Givenchy!

MUA Pat Mc Grath actually turned Givenchy's models faces into real works of art at the latest RTW show of the French Maison.

Septums, 3d jewels and heavy earrings and perfect mini curls ornated the skin of the models.

It's a new kind of beauty- influenced by African culture and combined with the latest trends of these days (septums and piercings). Most readers will find this decorations disgusting and not feminine at all but I bet we will find soon celebrities wearing some of these skin-jewels (Kim Kardashian and Rihanna are, in my opinion, the two stars most likely to wear them;)!)

No-makeup days - How I got more self-confident rediscovering my natural beauty

Goodmorning! 

It's a fact: no - make up days make us feel more self-confident and , let's say it all, a day without obstructing our pores with powders and sylicons (I carefully read every product's INCI but I confess that if something really attracts my attention I don't care too much about it!) it's a total relax for our skin.
So here I am, make up free! Make up should be an extra value for every woman but most girls and ladies feel unctractive without a coat of mascara or a slick of eyeliner.
In my personal experience, I got used to no-make up days little by little. I got tired of the thousands beauty products I collected and I wanted to rediscover  my natural beauty.
The results on self-esteem are great, what you have do it's just to give your natural face a chance! You won't regreat it! :)

Makeup Wishlist : Lipsticks or Jewels?

These lipsticks have definetely caught my eye! They remind of (and look like!) precious jemstones and their colours are beyond amazing!
What do you think of these Dolce & Gabbana lipsticks? I have a weakness for the amethyst!

Questi rossetti mi hanno proprio colpita, ricordano e sembrano pietre preziose e i loro colori sono più che stupendi!
Cosa ne pensate voi di questi rossetti di Dolce & Gabbana? Io ho un debole per l'ametista!
And what about the matching nail polish? :) "Ruby" is my favourite! 
E che ne dite degli smalti abbinati? :) "Ruby" è il mio preferito!

I love this simple but sparkling makeup worn by model Rosie Huntington Whiteley!
Do you like it too? :)
I would use the lovely nude tones of the "Naked 3" palette by Urban Decay and several coats of Yves Saint Laurent "Babydoll" mascara on the eyes and "Absolou Rouge" Fall Color lipstick by Lancome on the lips!
It's so easy, isn't it? :)

Adoro questo trucco semplice ma luminoso indossato dalla modella Rosie Huntington Whiteley! Vi piace? :)
Per ricrearlo userei i toni nude della nuovissima palette "Naked 3" di Urban Decay e molte passate del favoloso mascara "Babydoll" di Yves Saint Laurent, mentre sulle labbra userei 'il rossetto "Absolu Rouge" di Lancome!

Flashback!

Flashback :)
 A couple of years ago, supertanned and supernatural, just a touch of pink gloss ;)!

Well, apart from this little memory, today I was thinking about a nice makeup to wear next Saturday and I found this supergorgeous pic of Amber Heard!

She's one of my favourite actresses and I think I'll copy her look soon! 
If  the result is good I'll record a tutorial ;)
