Hi everyone!
I've just created a compilation of my favourite music to workout!

N.B. I am more a rock'n roll girl but I prefer electronic music to workout as the rythm is more intense and make me concentrate more (when I listen to a solo guitar I just lose my mind ;) I think you rockers know what I mean!)

Everyone has 30 minutes….just find the time and do it. When your baby is sleeping, do it, when you’re at work, go to the restroom, shut the door and do 20 stomach reps standing up (tighten and tone), get up crack of dawn and go to the gym…there are ways people. Yes! That's the actitude ;) I totally agree. Going to the gym is one of the most effective ways to get fit and to shoo stress away! No excuses ;)
