L' attaccante francese di origine ivoriana attualmente tra le file dell' Al-Gharafa si è sempre fatto notare per le sue dote calcistiche sul campo, ma anche un occhio poco attento avrebbe potuto comunque constatare la sua "bomberaggine" nello stile...

Nel 2005 per il suo trasferimento al Liverpool F.C. (costato circa 20 milioni di euro) decide di vestirsi per il matrimonio con un Tuxedo Carlo Pignatelli di un colore non proprio usuale, ROSSO, in onore della divisa dei Reds.
