My new fitness music playlist is available on Spotify: Girl power WOD!

Hi everyone!




 I constantly need to make new playlists on my Spotify to have new motivational sounds when I work out and as I already did a couple of months ago I like the idea of sharing my playlists with you :)

 So here is my latest 100% feminine workout compilation!
As you know I listen to every music genre and this playlist is almost totally pop-commercial and it includes both some of the latest new songs (i.e."Fire Meet Gasoline" by Sia and "Bitch Better Have My Money" by Rihanna) as well as some old-but-gold tracks by Destiny's Child, Geri Halliwell and many others!

(Swimwear) Designer of the month: Marie Lisa Fernandez

You might hace seen some pics of Rihanna wearing a black bikini ( before Riri's account on Instagram was banned) but who is it by?

The designer is Lisa Marie Fernandez and she's has created the coolest and most fashionistas bikinis and swimsuit of the year!
She takes inspiration from the sleek athleticism of scuba gear (this is the details which makes a difference from the every other swimswear brand) and her suits are crafted from a luxe version of neoprene, never before used in swim. The innovative fabric is made to perform, molding to the body whether creating curves or supporting them. The collection flatters a range of body types, pushing everything into the right place without padding or underwire. Its effect is something that has to be experienced. The highly functional material looks better when wet and won't stretch out or lose its shape. They're made to use and stand the test of time.

The collection takes its cues from the bold, color-blocked suits of the eighties but the look is totally modern. Their chunky zips and taut silhouettes turn every girl into a Bond girl ;)
 But the clean design of the various styles subtly adapts to each wearer's individual aesthetic, from sunbather to surfer. 
I love how these LMF bikinis can be directional, sporty, sophisticated and glamorous at the same time!

Extreme Nails!

This is a post about extreme nails! Rihanna, Beyoncè and M.I.A. are just a few celebs who have shown them in their music videos and on the red carpet!
They're way more expensive than a traditional manicure or gel manicure but the effect is so outstanding :D
Prices are from 38£ to 140$ per nails! But you can decide to wear just one and the effect would great!

P.S. the application is very easy with some sticky adhesive tabs or strong nail glue and they should resist (with the special tabs) for 7 days.

Colorful and over patterned, you can't say you haven't noticed them ;)

In occasione dei Grammy Awards, lo scorso10 Febbraio, la cantante Rihanna ha indossato un fantastico abito rosso.
Si trattava di un abito vintage firmato Azzedine Alaïa. Purtroppo proprio perchè vintage non sarà possibile trovarlo in nessun negozio.
Tuttavia Marchesa, marchio fondato a New York e celebre per i suoi abiti mozzafiato, offre un ottimo sostituto all'originale!
La stessa gonna lunga in chiffon, un piccolo dettaglio dorato sulla spalla e lo stesso effetto maestoso.
I migliori tacchi da abbinare con questo capo?
I sandali Louboutin in versione nude sono la scelta migliore, di classe e con il celebre tacco rosso!

Rihanna wore a stunning red dress on the night of the Grammy Awards, last 10th of February.
It was a Azzedine Alaïa vintage dress, consequently and unfortunetely we won't find it in any store.
However Marchesa, a New York-based label, offers a great substitute for the original!
Same long chiffon gown, a little golden detail on the shoulder and a charming effect.
Best heels to match it with?
Louboutin nude sandals are the best choice, classy and with the famous red sexy heel!
